CTG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for our global IT client in NY, NY. The Scrum Master will work with a cross-functional team of web professionals created new websites for the client's cloud services. The Scrum Master will facilitate a scrum team composed of designers, Web developers, UX professionals, Web writers and Product Owners using the scrum methodology. Must have experience with digital/web marketing projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helps the team reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period and during daily calls.

  • Empowers the team to complete the goals they have set.

  • Helps the team stay focused.

  • Removes obstacles impeding the team's progress.

  • Protects the team from outside distractions.

  • Ensures the team understands and follows Agile principles.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master supporting digital and Web teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Time management

  • JIRA or similar agile workflow tool

  • Scrum Master Certification preferred (CSM or CSP)
