CTG is seeking experienced Netsmart Homecare and Hospice consultants to support our great healthcare client in New York!
Project Duration:6 months initially
Project Location:Remote (EST)
Job Title:Netsmart Homecare Consultants
Description:Full-time (consulting position – 2 openings)
Job Summary:CTG is expanding our Epic Healthcare Practice with Netsmart Homecare Consultants. Join CTG, a Certified Best Place to Work Company, and work with our clients on enhancing their data analytics.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and support the Netsmart Homecare and Hospice clinical and billing modules
Provide support and troubleshooting for End Users, documenting issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system
Support remote access and synchronization between field access and servers, including support of the Mobile Lite phone application
Maintain user access, including roles and privileges
Create and customize assessment templates, care plans, and clinical application settings
Build and maintain healthcare payer plans, billing rate tables, and contracts
Support monthly reporting and billing processes, including CMS reporting
Build, maintain and enhance custom reports as needed
Build and maintain Automatic Communication Engine (ACE) rules
Monitor and support interfaces to remote monitoring devices
Communicate with agencies and end-users to relay information related to upgrades and other system changes
Conduct testing for system upgrades, patches, and Medi-Span updates Prior experience (3-5 years) proving technical and operational support for Net smart Homecare and Hospice
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of clinical workflows specific to home care and hospice
Previous consulting experience is highly preferred; ideally previous experience providing remote support
