Program/Project Manager with Pharma Industry Experience and ability to manage multiple projects and resources

• Multitasking – able to handle system build projects for 4 to 5 countries, handle audit needs, roster management, contract needs

• Working with leadership and improving people performance

• Working with technology teams in understanding/forecasting incremental staffing needs

• Coordinating and running meetings

• Working with internal and external teams in catering to training needs

• Manage space specific documents and collaterals - knowledge management experience

• Managing budgets and team utilization of the space

• Gathering feedback, establish metrics and frameworks for sharing insights

Education & Experience

• 5 to 8 years of total experience, 3 years of IT program/project management and team management experience

• Pharma Background

• Detail-oriented, thrives in collaborative environment and multitasking

• Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability

• Graduate in management or IT or other relevant degree from reputed university. Nice to have MBA in Operations / IT / HR

• Nice to have industry certifications like PMP, Agile, PMI-ACP, IAPM, CSM, or equivalent
