Our client in Nashville, TN has an immediate opening for a Customer Care/Call Center Customer Care Specialist - Lockbox Services Snr for a 7 month contract assignment.
Essential job functions:
Process Lockbox payment transactions based on individual client instructions for Pinnacle Financial Group.

Describe the physical requirements, (i.e.lifting, walking between 5 buildings, moving equipment)=Ability to carry a tray of mail - approximately 20 lbs. from the mail room area to a work station. Sitting or standing for long periods of time.
"Please identify the most important REQUIRED skills or experience a candidate must have.=Financial Services experience with a Bank or Business Processor Outsource company.
Lockbox experience is preferred but not required.
Data Entry experience.
PC skills and/or operating scanning equipment, e.g. Opex."
What are the schedule requirements and overtime expectations?=Mon. - Fri. start at 7:30am until completion / overtime expected / Sun. schedule as needed
