CTG Software Procurement Operations Specialist in Morrisville, North Carolina
CTG is seeking to fill a Software Procurement Operations Specialist position for our client in Morrisville, NC.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 18 months
Duties:
Sales Out Reporting:
Monthly reporting for embedded and other Type 2 manual reports (currently managed by Smile)
Submit reports to Microsoft
Tie out AR purchasing
Office Sales Out Reporting
Prepare and distribute sales out data
MS Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Requests:
Manage invoice reconciliation process using SAP BO/BW, E2Open, POCM, and MS DOC
Work closely with the Microsoft and Lenovo software finance teams to process payment requests
Microsoft Program Data Review:
Review and update data in E2Open Windchill, MS DOC, POCM
Perform ad-hoc data updates to Microsoft
Monitor program adherence
Compliance Reporting:
Review weekly reports for potential OS compliance errors
Identify and escalate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution
Communicate findings and challenges promptly to Microsoft
MS Part Number Matrix Management:
Maintain and update the MS Part Number matrix
Ensure the accurate addition of part numbers and updates for cost changes
Verify correct cost charges in Microsoft invoicing
Skills:
Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets
Proficient in Power BI and Power Automate
Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn about MS software and Lenovo MTM BOM/manufacturing processes
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience:
Experience working with SAP BO/BW
Experience with data reporting and reconciliation processes
Familiarity with compliance reporting and invoice reconciliation
Experience working in software procurement or related fields is preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Experience with SAP
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
