CTG is looking for a Procurement Business Analyst to join our clients growing team.
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Job Title: Software Procurement Business Analyst
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Software Procurement Business Analyst who will work with cross functional teams to provide data and analyze related to software costs, rebates, inventory levels, part number management, software royalty reporting and other associated tasks.
- Collecting and consolidating Microsoft invoices
a. Summarizing and providing payment instruction to Finance & Treasury
b. Allocating rebates monthly. Work with detailed data bases (E2Open/SAP/SCI) and the client teams that support MS to identify MTMs for Finance.
c. Support all MS invoice inquiries
d. Manage documents downloads from MS (DOC).
e. Regular monthly cadence with major quarterly close responsibilities.
- Running SAP/BW query monthly for type2 royalty reports
a. Collects new part numbers from GCM
b. Update SAP queries/download and update monthly spread sheet.
c. Support monthly & quarterly reporting of MS type 2 products.
d. Ad hoc requests from procurement team
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Excel Expertise
• Knowledge of Windchill and SAP
• Ability to work with cross functional teams in time zones around the world
• Bachelors degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
