CTG ISG Software Alliance Operations in Morrisville, North Carolina
CTG is seeking to fill an ISG Software Alliance Operations opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.
Location: Morrisville, NC (hybrid remote)
Duration: 12 months+, with possibility for extension
Duties:
Scope of software products supported includes only software solutions covered by the ISG NA Alliance team
Point of contact and operational lead between ISG NA and software partners for software quote creation and management
Track, report and manage quotes through the sales lifecycle
Escalation point for ISG sellers, channel and Software Alliance partners resolving sku setup, quoting and other internal operational processes
Support the ISG NA Field and BDMs on opportunity pursuit
Subject matter expert on Software Alliance licensing and products plus internal operational processes
Work closely with ISG NA Product Management and WW Product Management on back office processes for ISG Software products covered by the ISG NA Alliance team
Support internal training and awareness activities with the ISG Field and Channel teams
Maintenance and hygiene of Software Alliance team tracking and reporting
ISG NA Point person for internal and external Software Alliance partners covering licensing, activation and entitlements
Quote submission and execution between ISG sellers and Software Alliance Partners
Update and maintain internal quote tracking and Software Alliance Partner portals
Internal opportunity support for ISG sellers and channel addressing skus, licensing and operational questions
Solve for escalations and issues involving skus, licensing and internal operational issues; make and drive recommendations for process improvement
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
