Title: INVENTORY/MATERIALS AST LEVEL 2
Job Number: 19206068 Computer Task Group is seeking an Inventory/Materials Assistant for a 9 Month contract position for their client located in Manassas, VA.
Pay Rate: $18.00
Follows standard process and safety procedures to perform a variety of stockroom functions that may include counting and verifying material received, filling backorders, packaging materials for stock, physically storing materials away, picking materials from stock to fill specific order quantities, performing other standard stock-keeping functions, and completing various system transactions.
Carefully handles a variety of materials including ESD-sensitive components and hardware that range in size from less than 1 mm to over 2 feet cubed and weighing 35 lbs or more. Validates system and document data visually to the physical material and count and identifies any discrepancies. Performs hand counting and may use scales to ensure accuracy of counts. Operates various material-handling equipment, ESD workstations, electronic scales, bag sealers, pallet jacks, and carts, along with skids, pallets and tote pans to complete work tasks. Uses a variety of packaging and handling methods to protect the materials from damage.
Perform packing and crating duties, prepare/print shipping labels--ship parts as directed. Performs annual, monthly, and special inventory audits. Maintain property management of all equipment to include GFE. Maintain inventory accuracy in all stockrooms to include salvage equipment.

Knowledge of SAP, P2P Knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions
