CTG is looking for Epic Project Director for a system wide Ambulatory Optimization initiative for the New York area-2 Year Contract.

CTG is looking for resources that have prior experience managing large, complex Epic Ambulatory optimizations. Project Director will be managing a multi-year initiative for our client in the northeast. .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Epic project optimization guidance and strategy

  • Weekly travel

  • Executive communication

  • Documentation, escalation of project issues, and engagement of onsite project team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise leading large-scale enterprise optimizations, technology standardization initiatives, and operational / workflow changes

  • 5 years Epic experience

  • Full cycle implementation experience and optimization experience

  • Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking and executive leadership

  • Ability to successfully drive large organizational change with demonstrated success in navigating transformation initiatives in large healthcare organizations

  • Ability to navigate across IT and operations teams at healthcare organizations while expanding Epic implementations

  • Epic Ambulatory Certified (NVT 2017 or later)

  • Expertise leading large-scale enterprise optimizations, technology standardization initiatives, and operational / workflow changes

  • 5 years Epic experience
