CTG is currently assisting one of its premiere clients in staffing a Marketing Coordinator in Largo, FL for an ongoing contract.

Location: Largo, FL

Pay: Up to $23/hr

Sorry no vacation or holiday pay

Candidate should have a background or knowledge of Print Production including quotes and/or the process of the workflow

Customer Services / Project Management Daily Activity:

  • Ongoing daily/weekly customer communication

  • Job verification

  • Customer Information Job specs and requirements

  • Time lines established

  • Files and content all received

  • Manage design work flow

  • Manage capacity per designer

  • Proofing

  • Verifying initial proofs

  • Managing revisions from customer to design to final product

  • Marking meeting via phone

  • Pull reports to track facility work flow from project open, to on proof to on hold.

  • Pull report to make sure all projects are meeting deadlines

  • Production

  • Working with production lead on timelines to ensure customers in hand date can be met

  • Marketing Coordinator Measure of Success:
