CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Sales Coordinator III.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator III
Location : Keene, NH
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Keene, NH
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (hard requirement)

Description
The Sales Coordinator III will serve as the liaison between customers and the business, managing the sales process from order entry to delivery. Responsibilities include quoting prices, managing customer orders, maintaining records of customer profiles, and preparing status reports. The role requires an individual with strong judgment and initiative in resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that orders meet customer requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate execution of quotes, orders, and other order management activities
Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
Understand and execute contractual agreements
Coordinate order requirements through MRP systems and other business tools
Organize communication to meet customer requirements
Use professional telephone and written communication skills with excellent grammar
Flexibility to support customers across various markets and segments
Participate in training, testing, and project activities as required
Represent the company in a highly professional manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field is a hard requirement
• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience, including handling of customer Purchase Orders/Contracts, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex customer orders and provide timely resolutions
Top skills:
Working closely with customers (handling Purchase Orders, quotes, order entry)
Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage complexity and thrive in dynamic, multifaceted roles
. Preferred: Customer Service or Sales experience in a manufacturing environment

Basic understanding of the Aerospace & Defense Industry
Experience in a MRP-focused manufacturing business
