Computer Task Group (CTG) is seeking mutiple ES Call Center Rep I for a project with an enterprise healthcare solutions company.

Project Location: Irving, TX

Project Duration: 3 Month Contract

Shift: Work between 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Rate: $13 per hour

Job Description:

The ES Call Center Rep I is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to callers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone lines.

  • Follow guidelines dictated in quality program for each call.

  • Ensure security procedures are met in every interaction.

  • Utilize DE system to procure needed program details to answer the caller's questions in accordance with program guidelines.

  • Ensure correct information is communication in each interaction.


  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, fluently in English.

  • Ability to demonstrate a customer service orientation.

  • Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.

  • Average manual dexterity in use of a PC, phone, sorting, filing and other office machines.

  • Ability to demonstrate good keyboard skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and within restricted time frames.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.

  • Ability to manage time effectively.

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Additional education preferred.

  • <1 year of call center experience desired but not required

  • Demonstrated customer service skills required
