CTG is seeking an experienced Customer Complaints and Compliance Associate for our end client, a medical device manufacturing company, located in Indianola, PA. This is a 6+ month engagement to start, extendable.
This position will report to the Issue and Complaint Management group, who is responsible for handling customer complaints, product recalls/ field corrective actions and stop shipments of our client’s Radiology product. This department also manages corrective and preventive actions and pre-market and post-market safety assessments. In addition, this group is responsible for the product investigation and reportability of the issue in accordance to FDA/Regulatory Body requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate, administer, and maintain our client’s Radiology’s Vigilance System as it relates to product recalls/ field corrective actions to ensure compliance with worldwide regulations
Responsible for data analysis and ad hoc reporting related to Issue and Complaint Management
Responsible for connecting with end users to obtain customer contact information in support of product recalls/ field correction actions.
Responsible for the follow up with end users to seek activity completion acknowledgement of product recalls/ field corrective actions.
Track response rate and meet metric goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills & Competency Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Customer Support experience involving direct customer relations
1-3 years of experience working in a Quality related field is required
Experience in a Medical Device environment/industry highly preferred
1-3 years of experience with SAP reporting required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio required - Advanced Excel skills required
Working knowledge of SalesForce ServiceMax and OneNote preferred

- Foundational understanding in recall processes, including knowledge of 21 CFR Part 803, 806 and 820.3, ISO 13485:2003, MEDDEV 2.12.1, European MDD, Japan Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (JPAL) and Health Canada regulations
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour, W-2
Duration: 6+ months, Extendable
Shift Start: 8:30 am
