Title: VALIDATION SPECIALIST
Job Number: 19206230 CTG has an immediate opening for a Computer Systems Validation (CSV) Specialist for one of our clients in the Indianapolis area. This is a long term position.
CSV Validation Resource Responsibilities:
• CSV Documentation/Validation experience
• Experience with documentation related to system decommissioning and retirement
• Project Management & ability to lead manage projects; including the ability to take initiative
• ServiceNow administration
Minimum of 5 years CSV experience, preferably in Pharma / GxP-regulated industry (engineering, insurance, and automotive offer transferable skill sets)
Advanced/Expert level skill with Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity and at least intermediate skill level with Microsoft supporting applications, such as SharePoint and MS Teams
Experience with Electronic Document Management System (preference for Regulus or Veeva Vault; Documentum is also acceptable) and Change Management systems (e.g., TrackWise, Service Now)
Solid fundamentals with computer system life cycle management, core and supporting CSV deliverables, periodic review process, and, system retirement.
Understanding of project management, records management, and testing concepts with hands-on experience preferred.
Key Soft skills: Communication, listening, presentation, mediation/influencing stakeholders, organization, able to work independently, and training (our VS’ often have to coach/explain CSV needs/SOPs to BIs and business partners to achieve desired outcomes in validation projects)
o Manual or automated testing experience
o Familiarity with reporting tools/platforms such as: Tableau, PowerApps, Business Objects, and/or SSRS
