Duration: 12 months ongoing with probable extension or possible direct hire
Location: Hickory, NC
Job Title: IT Desktop Support
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rates: $15-$18 an hour, based on experience and benefits choice
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective acquisition, installation, maintenance and use of desktop technology
Responsible for the purchase and installation of hardware/software
Resolve problems with new and existing equipment
Train end users on software
Administer end user requests and projects
Coordinate resources to solve problems
Develop solutions to routine technical problems of a limited scope
Follow specific, detailed instructions
Contribute to the completion of routine technical tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Minimum 1-2 years IT experience required; previous customer service experience preferred
Experience setting up/ imaging computers
High familiarity with laptops, desktops, printers, LAN, WAN, and Wireless Networks

All individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)!
Candidates must currently reside in USA or Canada
