CTG is seeking a resource to support the ClairVia workforce application utilized for clinical staff scheduling and determining patient acuity. There are three programs in the ClairVia software suite: CVM Client, CVM Web and CVM Administrator. This resource should be familiar with NPAS Assessments imported from Cerner to measure patient acuity.

Responsibilities include all support such as incidents, service/change request, routine maintenance. This position is remote. Must be on site for knowledge transfer (3-6 weeks) at the start of project. Will be part of on call rotation.

Census Mismatch

Due to workflow issues between Cerner and ClairVia, there will be instances where the census (i.e. patient list) in ClairVia will not be the same as the census in Cerner Millennium (i.e. PowerChart). This will present itself to users as ClairVia either having extra patients or missing patients. Resolution involves finding out the erroneous patient’s FIN (AKA encounter number) and checking Cerner records to manually transfer or discharge the patient accordingly.

Interface issues

There are interfaces between ClairVia and Clockwork, Banner / HR Front End, and the production ADT interface. The Clockwork and Banner interfaces deal with new users / employees being imported to ClairVia. The HR import file needs to be checked to ensure the new employees have their correct cost center coming across.

System Down

Multiple users cannot access ClairVia. Confirm if it is one or all ClairVia applications that cannot be accessed (Web or Client ). Ping the relevant servers and gather relevant information to engage the vendor and the sever team.
