Job Number: 18211296 Seeking a Healthstream Morrisey Web MSOW support analyst. Responsibilities include all support such as incidents, service/change request, routine maitenance. Position is remote but being local to Chicago a plus. Must be on site for knowledge transfer (3-6 weeks) at the start of project. Will be part of on call rotation.

MSO for the Web (MSOW), is Web-based provider credentialing software that automates the entire credentialing process — from on-boarding through reappointment. The software is needed to helps us standardize the data collection process for all areas included in the credentialing process (Hospital Medical Staff Affairs, Managed Care, Billing, etc.). Current version is 2.7.0 but is in the planning stages for upgrade to 3.0.8.

The MSOW database serves the the Master Provider Index (MPI) and is considered the source-of-truth for Practitioner Data and interfaces data to downstream systems (HealthQuest billing system, Sunquest lab system, Optum coding system and Epic billing system) via an HL7 message that is distributed by our internal Cloverleaf Interface Engine

Additional modules used are PCCB – Morrisey Privileging Solution, MSOnet – Morrisey Forms editor and the Practitioner Home Page – Morrisey Application submission portal. The use of MSOW helps expedite on-boarding and obtain comprehensive data from practitioners that can be used for multiple purposes including credentialing, privileging and enrollment with payers.
