CTG seeks Project Coordinators to help enable our client’s North American Corporate Security to accomplish business objectives by providing comprehensive, operational support, coordinating security solutions implementation, measuring impact and outcome of these implementations. Generating and preparing security performance reports/deliverables.
In this role, you will help drive and/or coordinate assigned security programs, projects and events supporting NA Security team members through partnership and collaboration. Provide analysis and data review for all related security programs which may include product security, intelligence, training and awareness, and implementation of security and/or crisis management technology. This role will likely work 20hrs per week, possibly more as needed
Strong technical experience with MS Office 365
Prior exposure and work with MS Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and other tools.
Ability to coordinate or lead projects to ensure successful completion
Proven track record in supporting complex and challenging projects involving various stakeholders and workstreams
Strong organizational skills, time and resource allocation
Excellent communication and collaboration capability
Proficiency in social media platforms and open-source research and online intelligence gathering
Prior experience in corporate security or working with a law enforcement agency a plus
