Duration: Permanent Full-time position
To provide Analytics, visualization, data modeling expertise, define analytics business requirements for all change initiatives across the region. Increase depth and breadth of analytics throughout the region.
Consult with Business Process Owners and other clients/ stakeholders to understand and influence the business strategy within the analytics and visualization area
Align regional analytics change efforts with global data management strategy and drive reuse and scalability of data objects
Provide BI application development capability (Qlik) to provide new analytical applications as driven by delivery teams
Identify opportunities resulting from situational changes such as new regulation, data insights, and new business situations to develop new visualizations and analytics to allow business people to capitalize on those insights
Design agile and sustainable data processes to support the introduction of new analytics
Provide process expertise to deliver change and support the early phases of global projects
Champion a global business process management approach with a consistently applied set of methods, tools and techniques
Track the actions of competitors and seek out new analytical and visualization techniques and best practices to stimulate business thinking
Educate, mentor and build business power users in the use and development of QlikView and QlikSense applications and data models
Be an advocate for a data driven culture across the business community
Connects analytics and data visualizations to business strategy
Designs sustainable data processes to support analytics innovation
Integrates new data into existing analytics and visualizations
Builds data competency across the organization
Experience and Capabilities:
Shows insight in identifying core issues in complex business problems with many contributing factors
Articulates goals for business based on an understanding of capability and readiness to change
Communicates an in-depth understanding of the current and future challenges faced by the organization and the drivers of change
Sells concepts and solutions to business leaders to transform the organization
Adapts communication style and content to the needs of the audience
Manages complex relationships across business sectors
Experience in analytics and visualization development data structures
Understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering
Extensive experience with Qlik development preferred, with Qlikview and/or QlikSense development expertise
Experience working with large multinationals
University degree in a commercial/ business or technical/ IT subject of program and project management preferred
Expert in data modeling and techniques
Experience in Business Process Management and Value Stream Mapping
Broad business knowledge across more than one industry
