Job Number: 19201442 CTG are hiring a Software Engineer Level 2 for their premier client in Grand Prairie, Tx. This is a full-time, 18-month assignment.

Description: This is a Software Engineering position for embedded real-time software being developed on the Multiple Launch Rocket System Family of Munitions (MFOM) products.

The primary task is to implement Operational Flight Software (OFS) for an existing Guidance Set using the Ada programming language so, a working knowledge of Ada is a basic requirement.

Additional technical skills required:

  • experience developing software requirements;

  • software design experience;

  • experience developing software using the Ada95 programming language;

  • experience in implementing missile software;

  • experience with inertial and GPS navigation applications, Serial and Ethernet communication protocols.Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory:

  • Ada;

  • Real time embedded software experience;

  • Software Development Lifecycle experience;

  • experience with the VxWorks RTOS;

  • BS in Computer Science or related degree.Desired:

  • Working knowledge of Ada95;

  • Experience implementing Missile software;

  • Experience developing software applications that communicate over both Serial and Ethernet interfaces.
