Digital Marketing & Leads Management Specialist - Part Time

CTG's premier global manufacturing and advanced materials client located in Florham Park, NJ has an immediate need for a Part-Time Digital Marketing & Leads Management Specialist to join a project team charged with enhancing the company website as a marketing analytics tool.

Position Overview:

Digital Marketing and Leads Management Specialist is a hybrid marketing & sales position responsible for managing digital website, marketing automation and leads nurturing process. This position will be contract basis reporting to Head of Marketing and will work in close collaboration with marketing, communication, technical and sales teams to support business development objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Lead content management, customer engagement and continuous improvement of digital website

  • Working with marketing team, develop and execute nurturing campaigns for new product and concept launches.

  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

  • Work with marketing and communication team to increase traffic to the website. Make necessary content upgrades to keep website engaging for the target audience

  • Measure promotional effectiveness, engagement, automated response, leads collection and moving leads through the various life cycle stages

  • Provide support to business development team by creating & executing various prospecting, and lead/customer nurturing campaigns, as well as establishing process for executing on leads

  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing for customer outreach

  • Create reports and analytics to reviews effectiveness of digital marketing projects and adjusts plans as necessary with project lead and/or management; prepares and interprets associated digital marketing performance metrics

Education Requirement

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 year of digital marketing and analytics experience required

  • Personal care or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot and Marketo is preferred

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience is preferred

  • Must be able to organize, manipulate and analyze data


Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE W-2 only (sorry no Corp to Corp)

Part Time Role: 25-30 hours per week onsite at Florham Park. Work schedule can be flexible within regular business hours.
