We are currently seeking experienced Epic-Go Live/At The Elbow (ATE) Support.
Project Duration: 6 months
Project Location: Fairfax, VA
Job Title: Epic-Go Live/At The Elbow (ATE) Support
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To deliver Epic training & at the elbow Epic support to physicians in both ambulatory & inpatient setting
Provide support related to Epic processes as part of upcoming Epic upgrade
Engagement of physician end users to support optimal use of Epic EMR usage and optimization
Collaborate with Client’s Epic team to identify and understand new Epic functionally to relay to physicians, including ability to access features, components, and capabilities of client’s specific Epic applications and functionality
Experience supporting at a minimum of 5 Epic Go Lives (Net New or Upgrades)
Strong working knowledge of Epic
Epic support experience in one of the following areas: Oncology, Cardiology, OBGYN, or Hospitalist
Clinical background in ambulatory or inpatient setting preferred
In-depth knowledge of healthcare practices
Ability to interact with physicians & review Epic functionality in particular
