Our client inEverett, WA has an immediate opening for a Learning and Development Instructional Designer for a3 month contract assignment.
Essential job functions:
Looking to fill 1-3 instructor positions.
Temps will be working an expected +/-32 hours/week.
Aerospace Instructor for Aerospace client. Must have technical skills to teach aerospace courses.
- Electrical Instructor
Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work
Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting
Basic mechanical skills
- Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor
Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding
Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling and/or Maintenance
Blueprints, productions standards and/or Functional Test
Aircraft systems operations, familiarization and troubleshooting
- Aerospace Seal Instructor
Experience in application of Aircraft Sealant application
Clean and apply sealant to aircraft components
- We have had tremendous success with military aviation veterans.

Describe the physical requirements, (i.e.lifting, walking between 5 buildings, moving equipment)=Standing up to teach all day
Please identify the most important REQUIRED skills or experience a candidate must have.=Strong technical skills background; ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry.
What are the schedule requirements and overtime expectations?=30-40 hrs/week
What challenges have you previously experienced filling this position?=finding qualified candidates who are familiar with technical content
60% of the instruction will be in Everett WA, the rest will be split between Renton and Seattle. Subject to change.
Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes (for miles driven beyond their home to their closest work location, they will submit expense sheets in Fieldglass to be reimbursed).
