CTG is currently assisting one of its premiere clients in staffing an Experienced Printer Maintenance Associate.

Position: Printer Maintenance/Print Production

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: Ongoing

Compensation: $15.55 / hourly (sorry no paid time off, no holiday pay)

Hours: Mon.-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm. No overtime

This position will require driving, using your own personal vehicle to drive between client sites. Motor Vehicle Record check required. Mileage is reimbursed at .34 ½ cents a mile. Must have dependable personal vehicle, as driving is required daily.

The right candidate will have great customer service skills and will be interacting with customers daily. Must have knowledge of understanding "networked" multi-functional devices. Must also have experience in working in a "print shop" environment and operating digital production equipment including digital front ends.

Position requires walking in between buildings, ability to lift up to 50lbs., on feet majority of the day.

70% of this position will be printer maintenance and break/fix the other 30% will be Digital Print Production

Essential Functions:

  • Provides backup and peak workload support to all Client Associates in territory

  • Establish support coverage schedules with Managers and Site Coordinators

  • Supports training of new employees, as required

  • Supports administrative tasks performed by Client Associates

  • Supports asset redeployment initiatives (re-use, re-deploy, and disposition activities for office assets)

  • Ensures key contact list for all clients is maintained and available

  • Ensures there is a current roster of employees and associated duties for effective coverage support

  • Ensures day to day interface with account key contacts is maintained during coverage support

  • Communicates to Site Coordinator and Manager all process opportunities identified during support

  • period

  • Maintain appropriate communication within assigned area of coverage to ensure peak workloads and

  • absences are managed

  • Provide accurate and timely monthly reporting of activities as required

  • Performs timely submission of billing requirements with all associated reporting

  • Coordinates and fair shares overtime requirements

  • Tracks overtime by account covered to ensure proper billing

  • Travel to accounts supported using reliable dependable transportation

EXPERIENCE:

  • Digital Print Production, minimum 1 year

  • Printer Break/Fix and maintenance experience, minimum 1 year

  • Network/Printer Connectivity experience, minimum 1 year

EDUCATION:

Minimum High School Education or Equivalent

Client Required criminal background check, education verification, MVR Check and drug screen
