CTG is seeking a Project Coordinator to work a long term role with our client in Raleigh, NC.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Management Team and assist with the tracking and reporting on project tasks to ensure the required deliverables are provided on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Manage and update assigned tasks
Ensure client site readiness and proactively identify issues and or roadblocks
Track and monitor hardware shipments and delivery and identify where delays may occur
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the project manager
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor project task and activities
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
A strong team player
Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Attention to detail
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
