CTG is hiring a Business Analyst for our global IT client in RTP/Durham, NC. We can offer a full salaried employment option including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as paid vacation time.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 2 years of experience in the field of IT Projects and Business Analysis

  • 2 years of experience in capturing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in business analysis as part of a customer-facing development team

  • 2 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst

  • 2 years of experience in leading within an Agile environment, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics

  • Work with the Product Owners to understand the product road map and create EPIC and User Stories

  • Groom Product backlog and work with product managers to prioritize the user stories

  • Work with Product Owners and Scrum team to elaborate the user stories

  • Perform reviews of the deliverable based on acceptance criteria

  • Lead/participate in Scrum Ceremonies like Sprint Retrospective, Showcases, Daily Stand up meeting

  • Act as a Liaison between Business and technical teams

  • Conducting meetings with client Business teams to understand Business requirements and translate them into system requirements

  • Good technical knowledge to understand the various technical touchpoints to understand dependencies

  • Experience working with project planning and tracking tools such as RTC, Jira, Zenhub, etc.

  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as Mural, Slack, etc. Preferred Tech and Prof Experience:

  • Experienced utilizing Analytics features and functions

  • Experience working in a continuous development/delivery organization

  • Experience leading Design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design

  • Behavior-driven development and test frameworks

  • Experience and knowledge of user facilitation techniques

  • Higher level of agile project management certification is a plus
