CTG Part-time Clerical Support in Duquesne, Pennsylvania
CTG is seeking to fill a Part-time Clerical Support opening for our client in Duquesne, PA.
Location: Duquesne, PA
Duration: 18 months
Pay: Up to $22/hr
24 hours per week
Overview:
The Clerical Support will provide administrative support to the Training Department and will be responsible for general clerical, administrative, and project-based work.
Duties:
Assume power user role for Learning Management System (LMS) activities of creating, enrolling, and completing classes; running reports; and entering related course documentation
Monitor Training e-mail account for training documentation on classes held offsite and record appropriately
Run training or other reports as requested
Order training/building materials through Oracle
Track all instructor hours to ensure correct invoicing
Prepare classroom materials (rosters, evaluations, tests, etc.) for instructors
Take monthly inventory of classrooms, training materials, and janitorial supplies and order replacements as needed
Work with Training Manager to identify training that meet criteria for grant reimbursement, and enter and document information within the appropriate system
Update department quality scorecard using course evaluation data
Update spending scorecard as costs are incurred
Skills & Experience
3 years’ previous experience in similar role
Proficient in MS applications
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational/analytical/communication skills
Preferred experience in Oracle and/or LMS systems
Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
