CTG is looking for an Analyst to provide Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance, build possible), while client focuses on important initiatives. This Position is remote. No On Call.
Monitor Orders/CPOE HEAT queue
Order Transmittal Rule
IB – Issues
Orders-EAPs and EDP Maintenance
Interface Error Pool
Release Note Review
EKG Study Issues
Epic Inpatient/ Clin Doc and Orders Certification required; certification in Stork, ASAP and/or other Inpatient apps also strongly preferred
