CTG Health Solutions is in need of an Epic Hospital Billing Claims Analyst resource to assist in the implementation of Epic for our client in the Southeastern United States. The opportunity is an approximately one year REMOTE position with potential to be onsite briefly at the onset of the project. CTG Health Solutions has been given the opportunity to support this Epic implementation by our client which is a very large national non-profit provider of health services.

CTG is seeking a Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst who has wide ranging build skills and solid experience with Hospital Billing.

This candidate will be responsible for:

System build, support, optimization and workflow analysis.

Maintenance and optimization of the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) applications.

Build and testing of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing functionality as a component of upgrading and implementing enhancements.

Work with operational subject matter experts and operational leaders to validate design and build.

Assist with the development of processes and procedures to facilitate moving through build, test, implementation and production stages.

Aid in resolution of issues and problems, create documentation and provide analysis of application and process.

Perform testing, validation, and resolve issues in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle, integrated Epic teams, and vendors.

Provide functional and technical support as needed.


Epic Certification in Hospital Billing Claims

At least 3 years of experience

Understands Epic methodology along with potential risks and implications

Strong consulting skills
