Required Function 1:

We are seeking a talented individual with expertise in web based development and hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing and supporting web based solutions for our operations portal, tools and other product offerings.

Required Function 2:

Building and supporting Web UI using a state-of-the-art front-end stack. Building a customer-facing portal using ASP.NET MVC, Typescript, and REST API. Building next-generation tools, platforms for creating, managing and deploying multi-channel outreach campaigns in the AWS cloud. Streamlining our production system that runs in AWS. Developing REST APIs to integrate with partners and customers in real-time. Function as an SME and provide technical leadership to other engineers.

Required Function 3:

Work in collaboration with Systems Architect to communicate technical designs, within and across engineering teams, ensure architectural decisions are followed in practice, facilitate design and code reviews, and serve as a mentor. Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities. Assist in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications. Provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion. Ability to handle back end server changes. Acknowledge, prioritize and be available to support business and operations. Develop most effective technical solutions to meet business requirements. Work with other Engineers and Stakeholders in planning, prioritizing and executing assigned tasks within deadlines. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities. Attend team meetings to communicate project status and discuss about new ideas and any issues. Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity. Assist in technical audits and make sure to implement audit recommendations. Make business presentations to management when needed. Work with QA team in preparing test cases, plans and procedures. Follow Agile/Scrum practices Continuously evaluate, design and improve the software development and delivery processes Promote cross team synergy and alignment to optimize knowledge-sharing, improve site performance and increase speed to market

Required Function 4:

Be a team player. C#, TypeScript, ASP.NET (C# MVC flavor), ReactJS, Javascript, Kendo, CSS, HTML is a must. Focus and ability to balance both technology and business priorities. Hands on experience in SOLID/DRY, MVVM, Design Patterns, Code Coverage, UNIT Testing, GIT, Nuget, REST API Development is a plus. Knowledge/Experience working with AWS, SSO is a plus. Exhibits Intellectual curiosity, emotional maturity, humility, and the willingness to learn and share technical information to enrich and strengthen the organization. Strong understanding of agile/Scrum practices.

Required Function 5:

5 years’ experience designing, delivering and supporting production software• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale or complex commercial software systems Proven experience using the Microsoft or Open source development tools and stack, e.g., TFS, Visual Studio, Git, Java, etc Hands-on strong experience with web services technologies such as REST, SOAP or a similar technology 5 years of Web-based UI development experience 2 years (or equivalent) Typescript or similar technologies 2 years of experience leading/mentoring engineers and other team members Command of C# and .NET programming Command of HTML, Javascript and other web technologies Proven experience championing stakeholder expectations; delivering quality solutions within time and budget Strong, practical OO experience, e.g., understanding and employing SOLID principles and design patterns like, MVC, MVVM, MVP, etc. Previous agile experience a big plus
