Fragments written in C# are a basic building block in our architecture.
Many fragments access the data source directly.
We are in process of developing a Data Access Layer which would implement data access API as NuGet package.
The developer would identify such patterns in existing fragment code and replace them using existing API functions or create new ones if needed creating the needed domain objects on the way.
Visual Studio 2017 is used for all C# coding.
Developer is also required to understand the fragment functionality and flow and try to maintain it.
This is very important and challenging.
Developer would then unit/manually test using NUnit the changed fragments to make sure it functions the same.
There are existing in-house tools to perform this local testing before it goes for a full SQA cycle.
Developer would work with team lead developer to plan and execute work.Skills (3-5 years skills in the following):
Visual Studio V 2015 and above
Unit test framework like NUnit (MSTest would be considered)
C# 5.0 or above programming
.Net Framework 4.5 and its thorough understanding
Code refactoring, unit testing and integration testing
Version control preferably GitHub
