Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rates: Based on Experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced workforce data analytics to identify patterns and deliver insight to drive evidence-based business and talent decisions.
Develop insights through rigorous analytics process and development of quantitative models, using various advanced statistical techniques. Serve as a statistical expert for workforce data discovery and interpretation in the HR function.
Use workforce analytics to frame people and organization problems, identify root causes and answer critical workforce and business questions for Business Unit HR, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders.
Present data analysis and insights to facilitate further discussions and action planning.
Develop reports and dashboards using various reporting and visualization tools to meet business needs.
Partner with Business Unit HR and HR Centers of Excellence to understand reporting needs, document requirements, develop new metrics, and provide solutions.
Technology tools implementation and maintenance:
Partner with SAP to implement new SAP reporting and analytics capabilities (Unified Reporting, WFA, SAC People Analytics), including planning, testing, trouble shooting, training content development and delivery, and ongoing end user support and education.
Maintain system continuity and partner with SAP to manage quarterly release process and trouble shoot system issues.
Standardize HR metrics specifications and develop a HR KPI dictionary for documentation and communication.
Identify gaps in data integrity to ensure credible results in workforce analytics. Develop and deliver data audit mechanism to support delivery of high quality workforce analytics.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g. Math, Econometrics, Statistics, etc.)
5 – 8 years overall experience, with at least 3 years working with a variety of reporting, analytics and statistical tools.
Previous experience working with HRIS systems, especially with workforce analytics module.
Ability to analyze complex people and business problems and develop a method for data collection, data analysis and recommendation for solution.
Knowledge and experience of statistical methods and techniques to perform complex data analysis (data mining, regression analysis, statistical modeling, etc.).
Previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and workforce analytics tools preferred.
Previous experience working with Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Good understanding of HR functional knowledge a plus.
