CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Order Entry / Customer Service Coordinator II .
Type: Contract
Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator II / Order Entry
Location: Corning, NY (Hybrid remote - Option to work from home 2 days per week (Hybrid) after fully trained (2-3 months after hire)
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY
Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Associate degree Preferred

Description
The Customer Service Coordinator II will manage assigned domestic and international customers to execute error-free transactions. This includes receiving, validating, and entering customer orders accurately and timely using Optical Fiber’s PeopleSoft (PS) and SAP order management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Creating templates in Origin Manager for each ship from location to customer
• Maintaining and creating processes for all WW Customer Service locations
• Creating and maintaining ePOs for third-party vendors and ensuring proper approvals
• Reviewing and approving ‘sold through’ invoices for accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations for orders shipping to designated locations
• Issuing credits/rebates for fiber issues, price changes, etc.
• Tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and taking corrective actions when necessary
• Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Collaborating with internal teams like Planning, Shipping, QA, IT, Finance, and more
• Supporting the sales team with various analysis/reports and project work as needed
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Associate degree minimum required
2+ years of experience in a Customer Service/Corporate environment
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail
Effective task prioritization and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, & SharePoint
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Optical Fiber’s PeopleSoft and SAP order fulfillment systems
Ability to support and lead change proactively
Proficiency in Excel
Strong team collaboration skills
