CTG's premier global client in Corning, NY, has long-term assignments for 2 Customer Service Coordinators to act as a liaison between customers and the business.
Major responsibilities of this position are:
Incoming Customer Service Phone calls (internal and external suppliers)
Issue & Invoice resolution
Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports
2-4 years of Customer Service experience in a business setting (ex. Call centers)
Minimum of a 2 year degree is preferred
Past PeopleSoft/SAP experience would be highly desired but is not mandatory
A successful candidate will:
Be detail oriented
Be teamwork oriented
Posses solid phone skills
Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft programs
This position pays up to $10.65/hour DOE and benefits option.
