CTG is seeking an Account Coordinator to support operations in our Corning, NY location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Completing all administrative duties in support of the site management team, client managers and employees including pricing models, employee Information Forms etc.

  • Serving as a communication focal point for the site and financial team

  • Ensuring clear communication between various business functions

  • Serving as liaison between CTG and employees regarding timesheets, payroll, benefits, travel, background checks and renewals

  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications for the role include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of one to two years’ experience as an administrative assistant

  • Competent in relationship building skills

  • Competent in human resource management

  • Competent in office administration

  • Competent in use of PC’s and standard company software

  • Working knowledge of business operations management and support

This position pays on a W2 basis (no C2C or 1099's).
