Project Duration: Consulting Position, 12+ months

Project Location: Coral Cables, FL

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • MS windows operating systems (latest and prior versions) Microsoft Office (latest and prior versions including Outlook) VPN clients Mac OS / Mac Mail Antivirus client

  • Staging and configuration of workstations and delivery onsite to users with basic explanation

  • Assist in the inventory process

  • Support for conference rooms with Zoom/Teams equipment

  • Basic support on network infrastructure

  • Application support

  • Any other procedure-based 1st level support tasks

  • Support provided in English and Spanish

  • Process oriented approach based on ITIL methodology

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
