We are looking for a Level 1-2, IT Desktop Support Analyst

Location is Coral Gables, FL 33134

Start Date: ASAP

Long Term Contract role with the possibility of going permanent after 6 mos. to 1 year.

Can do W2/hourly or Salary with full benefits.

Office hours are from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 2 shifts are required 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

And 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Overtime will be required depending on the needs of the customer. From time to time some weekend work will be required.

This candidate for this position will report to the CTG Service Manager and Incident Manager.


•Manage technical incidents and requests, from initiation to follow up and resolution.

Communicate with other IT teams (DC-BOS, Infrastructure team, Service management.

•Work with all technical teams on the incident resolution and request fulfillment.

Assist 1st Level Support Teams by providing detailed solutions and providing clear and concise documentation for future use.

•Must be able to provide short-term solutions to quickly restore the service back to normal operation and have the ability to provide long-term solutions to avoid incident recurrence.

•Produce reports on activity as requested.

•Use companies ticketing tool SD to record all tickets and work logs.

•Perform Project Management tasks upon CTG Request.

•Inventory management of local IT equipment.

Required Skills:

Good working knowledge

•Working knowledge of ITIL

•Microsoft Office (all suites including O365)

•Networking skills (good working knowledge)

•Telephony/Video Conferencing and Skype for Business
