CTG is assisting a client in Conyers, GA in saffing a Scanning Associate for a Contract Role.
Job Title: Scanning Associate
Location: Conyers, GA
Pay Rate : up to $18/hr
Duration : 6 months with potential to be extended
Hours: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch
Job Type: Hourly Consultant
Large format scanning.
Lifting, standing, walking, running scanner.
Previous Scanning experience.
High School Education required
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update document control systems and databases
Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized
Review and verify accuracy of documents
Assist with order entry and transcribing information as needed
Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables
Perform basic math calculations to support document control processes
Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in document control or a related field is preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
