CTG is hiring an Office Operations Coordinator for our global client in New York, NY. This client builds digital solutions designed to create results. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience with a top client.

The ideal candidate will be an Operations Specialist who can wear multiple hats and contribute in the following ways:

  • Greeting and welcoming all guests

  • Answering the phone and managing a multi-line system

  • Accept incoming and prepare outgoing mail and shipments

  • Coordinating meetings and meeting rooms for multiple departments within company

  • Managing various schedules including those of the Executive team and Practice Leaders

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office organization and cleanliness

  • Keep stock of and order office supplies and snacks as needed

  • May be called on to assist office staff and executives alike with various cultural or marketing related events and projects

We’re seeking Operations Specialists with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • 2 years prior experience in an administrative or operational role

  • Highly motivated, very organized and possesses exceptional communications skills

  • Prior exposure to Salesforce helpful
