CTG is hiring for a Cloud Deployment Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time long term contract, offering a competitive benefits package.


  • Work with procurement team and legal COE team to complete the RFP process and support the contracting with SaaS team.

  • Coordinate and define R&R of our client’s project team, get it aligned with SaaS team.

  • Maintain project communications through the CLM Project team.

  • Lead project team for the project roadmap design, and align with related stakeholders.

  • Establish documentation and procedural standards in accordance with our client’s standards for deliverable Materials

  • Prepare and maintain the project plan which lists the project activities, tasks, assignments, dependencies and milestones for performance of this SOW

  • Work with the Project team to include tasks and dependencies in the overall project plan and schedule which identifies and schedules the activities, milestones, dependencies and responsibility for the project team. This Detailed Project Plan is a Deliverable to be approved by our client and aligned with SaaS team.

  • Identify and escalate any risks or issues that could impact the scope, schedule or cost of this SOW.

  • Bridging with SaaS team PM to synchronize the internal/external team with the schedule and deliverables, fill the gap of any SDLC difference from SaaS and our client’s project team.

  • Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate. Measure and evaluate progress against the project plan with the CLM team.

  • Work with the SaaS project manager and project team to coordinate, tracking the deliverables.

  • Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings.

  • Prepare and submit Project Status Reports to the stakeholders and project owner.

  • Administer the Project Change Control Procedure with the project team.

  • Provide the executive status report for project healthy.

  • Project manager role for around half an year project in phases

  • Onsite based on Chicago downtown office and working in US timezones. (The team is spreading from west to east coast)


  • Experience working with corporate IT teams and managing the project coordination/collaboration among corp IT, external software suppliers, and business/legal users.

  • Experience with working on multiple countries implementation

  • Experience of project management on corporate legal COE projects is a plus

  • Experience working with our client and Motorola US team is a plus

  • SaaS, Saas integration with corp internal systems related basic IT knowledge is a plus
