CTG is actively seeking a MolecularBiological Scientistfor our premier global crop science and biotech company located inChesterfield, MO (63017).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate rapid, portable genetic testing methods
Interact with external groups who are developing portable genetic assays to conduct pilot experiments for specific use cases
Work with other scientists planning, conducting and analyzing web-lab work, demonstrating novel genetic testing approaches and methods
Provide intellectual contribution to the development and comparison of new approaches by documenting and communicating results as well as participate in the preparation of a manuscript for publication in a peer-reviewed scientific journal
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ph.D involving extensive work in a molecular biology lab or a Master's degree with 2+ additional years of molecular biology experience
Pay Rate to $36.00 per hour, W-2; Sorry not C2C or 1099s please
Duration: 12+ months, extendable
