CTG is seeking experienced Epic Willow Principal Trainer for a 5 month opportunity in the South region.
Qualified candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders within the organization. Principal Trainer will also be responsible for the following activities:
Provide the full spectrum of Epic Training delivery as well as Super User coordination in respect to Willow Inpatient
Work in small groups under tight project deadlines
Update curriculum to meet new workflows for implementation.
Work with team to build out new MST environment
Be responsible for developing updated curriculum for rollout of Epic.
Duration- 5 months; The resource is expected to work 40 hours per week through July 19, 2019 and then 50 hours per week thereafter to the project end date of November 22, 2019. The resource will travel for 11 bi-weekly trips during this period
Epic Willow Inpatient Certification, current NVT’s
Certified in the Willow Inpatient Training Environment Build
Must have recent experience in developing training curriculum and developing out a new MST environment.
Must have experience with a multi-hospital organization implementation training.
Preferred experience in developing e-learnings in Captiva or other application.
Minimum of five years’ progressive clinical/healthcare experience with demonstrated experience in Training.
Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
Self-starter with demonstrated teamwork & communication skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
