CTG Cybersecurity Senior Delivery Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

CTG is seeking to fill a Cybersecurity Senior Delivery Manager opening for our client in Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA / Raleigh, NC.

Location: Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA / Raleigh, NC

Duration: Ongoing contract

Duties:

  • Provide thought leadership and organizational design for Cybersecurity initiatives.

  • Oversee financial management, organizational planning, and coordination of Cybersecurity programs.

  • Collaborate with cyber domain managers and subject matter experts to develop program design, metrics, and execution strategies.

  • Develop business cases for budgeting, planning, and revenue/expense tracking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and technology leads to support program needs.

  • Ensure program activities are aligned for benefits realization.

  • Implement and oversee risk management plans for program initiatives.

  • Monitor and challenge the performance of systems and processes, advocating for value-driven solutions.

  • Evaluate new solutions and escalate significant issues to upper management as necessary.

  • Analyze variances to program plans and recommend action plans to mitigate risks.

  • Present dashboard reporting on performance metrics to key executives.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of project management, change management, and strategy development.

  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project).

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of eight years of related experience in business management, consulting, or technology.

  • Demonstrated experience in Information Security and program financial management.

  • Proven leadership in implementing complex programs and projects across a matrix organization.

  • Experience in financial measurements and metrics relevant to program management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and/or PMP certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
