Duration:3 month contract to hire

Job Title:Client Success Data Analyst

Work Hours:Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate:$26 - $28/hour based on experience

The Client Success Data Analyst is responsible to perform all data quality assurance and loading into platform in support of the Client Specialist team. This role serves as a subject matter expert on data driven service delivery outcomes and is responsible for ensuring reliable clean data to present to clients.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Validate data and perform data uploads into platform inclusive of but not limited to: Bulk Orders, Allocations, entitlement groups, savings bulk loads and any other data that needs to be validated and loaded into our client’s database

  • Prepare and validate data in pre-defined file layout for import to client database(s)

  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing data quality, import file layout and platform user interface review of the data to identify any incorrect data load issues to correct prior to completion and delivery to your internal client(s)

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret client data trends for improved client business outcomes

  • Support client facing staff in preparing client briefings to cover key performance metrics related to the business process outsource service.

  • Identify and review any opportunities for improving client results through data analysis and import into platform

  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities where applicable for data management

  • Work with management to prioritize information needs to improve client business outcomes

  • Maintain professional relationship and regular communication with appropriate internal clients and management

  • Responsible for managing the preparation of monthly savings recommendations and quarterly optimizations, including contractual pricing validation, zero usage, voice and data pooling and optimization, overage, roaming, and insurance


  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (Data extraction; data cleaning; data analysis)

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis techniques

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Access, MS Excel

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment

  • Telecommunications and/or finance background preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree
