CTG is actively looking for experienced Sr. Technical Recruiters for an 18 month contract position. There is a possibility that the positions could turn perm.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for contract IT positions for one of our premier clients in Cary, NC.

This position will sit onsite at the client site, this is NOT a remote position

Job Description:

  • Verify candidate qualifications; accept or decline candidate submittals, report progress on all candidates to individual recruiters

  • Present candidates to appropriate customer per requisition

  • Negotiate rate with customer upon management approval

  • Mentor and coach recruiters through the recruiting process

  • May assist other recruiters in developing pipelines, direct sourcing, networking, and developing marketplace research and knowledge

  • Develop strategies and recruit for critical, strategic, or difficult requirements, markets, and skill sets

  • Travel to offices as needed to attend job fairs, serve as temporary on-site recruiter, and to participate in employee transitions created through contract acquisition

  • Participate in corporate or regional focus groups

  • Assist in documentation and improvement of processes

  • Communicate with staff to share ideas, information, best practices, etc.

  • Assist with and coordinate other projects as requested by manager

  • Negotiate compensation with candidates

  • Use all sourcing tools: Internet, cold calling, recruiting database, etc.

  • Prioritize key requirements by critical time constraints

  • Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilitiesQualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or sourcing in IT

  • Expert in using sourcing tools and techniques (Taleo)

  • Expert in business planning and its direct application to recruiting

  • Expert in evaluating tools and assessing values using cost-per-hire analysis

  • Expert knowledge of company candidate/requisition database and Internet searching tools

  • Expert knowledge of company management system and its associated standards, process manuals, and customer work instructions

Requirements:

Must know high level Technology/or be resourceful enough to look it up, multi-task, be quick/fast-paced, be able to negotiate/pitch

Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
