Our client inCary, NC has an immediate opening for aSr Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)for a12month contract assignment.
Essential job functions:
The Senior Recruiter role is a proven talent advisor for the senior leaders of the organization. This professional will be assisting the recruitment process for confidential/senior level leadership openings as well as acting as the primary recruiter for organizations. This position key to delivering the high level talent that is require to transform a global organization.
• Full cycle recruitment for confidential/senior level openings.
• Responsible for creating job descriptions and leveling newly created roles.
• True talent adviser to the business.
• Create and deliver presentations of sourced and screened candidates to senior level leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of the market.
• Ability to source and screen qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Aligned recruiter for OGC, Accounting, Marketing and Human Resources.
Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum- 15 years of experience working in a recruiter capacity.
Minimum- Excellent listening, probing, communication and customer relations skills.
Minimum- Ability to create and present on recruiting updates with C-Level leadership.
Minimum - Self-starter, with capability to take a leadership role in driving activities through others.
Minimum - Effective communications skills, strong business acumen and financial skills.
Minimum - Able to maintain confidentiality in all assignments and tasks
Minimum - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum - Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with initiative and drive.
Minimum - Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks to complete job functions in an orderly and efficient manner within stringent deadlines.
Minimum - Able to demonstrate effective and successful contributions to team and/or cross-functional team objectives
Minimum - Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
