Job Title:Digital Marketing Specialist

Scope of Position:

To be successful, the candidate for this role must thrive in a highly-matrixed environment in a global organization, proactively seek opportunities for operational improvements and independently develop and execute solutions. Primary responsibilities include: managing advertising spend of $20M+ annually including all of the budget process support that is required for that task. The ideal candidate is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, and is extremely detailed oriented given that minor errors in budget management could lead to larger issues

.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

•Provide monthly reporting, trends and final spend performance for $20M+ annually.

•Oversee consolidation of digital marketing budgets and spend spanning multiple business units, divisional programs and regions.

•Regularly work with team members to manage individual budgets, and proactively communicate with team leaders on budget to spend pacing.

•Work with a cross-functional marketing team to design and implement budget management and accounting practices.

•Create SOP's for complex Digital Marketing financial landscape including: Budget Consolidation and Reporting, Accruals, Cross-Charges, Vendor Management, OPEX Review, Invoice Management, and Cross-Organization Roles & Responsibilities.

•Responsible for month-end accounting, including cross-charges, accruals and reconciliation.

•Coordinate with AP, LSG and Corporate to process invoices.

•Manage PowerBI dashboard for budgets & spend.

•Analyze spend to AOP, make budget recommendations, and lead monthly OPEX reviews with Sr. Director and management.

•Provide finance and divisional stakeholders month and quarter-end spend to AOP projections.

Required Experience and Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

•5+ years of experience with at least 2 years of financial planning or project management.

•Systems: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills required, Workfront & PowerBI preferred.

•Attention to detail is a must

•Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening skills

•Makes insightful decisions based on data and/or analytics.

•Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work multiple projects concurrently with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

•Experience creating and implementing business process documentation and training materials.

•Strong ability to collaborate and influence within a matrix organization.
