Job Number: 19201667 Computer Task Group s seeking a Customer Relationship Management Implementation (CRM) Project Manager for their client in Carlsbad, CA., for a one year contract.

Job Description

The CRM Implementation Project Manager will partner closely with the Director, CRM Programs and all other global functional teams across the business and external vendors to drive implementation of a new CRM system across multiple businesses with the group.

Responsibilities:

Day to day project management of CRM Transformation program.

Work closely with the functional team leads and SME’s to design and manage key milestones, track issues, and risks and escalate issues when needed.

Partners with global business functions to assess the organizational impact and improve readiness for CRM transformation.

Works with business functions and leaders to establish an understanding of the project and timelines associated with it.

Will participate as a key voice in the implementation planning process.

Ability to travel up to 20% annually.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management or other heavily process driven field such as finance, sales operations or the sciences.

Experience:

A minimum 5 years of experience with running Project Management programs.

A minimum of 5 years of experience working in and/or supporting a CRM system. SalesForce.Com preferred.

Experience in a commercially oriented role such as Sales Operations a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a large and complex organization.

Proven track record of delivering completed projects that meet the original specification and in a timely fashion.

Success in leading teams to successfully accomplish complex tasks.

Advanced communication, analytical skills and reasoning.

Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint required.

Excellent presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value.
