CTG is seeking a Medent Ambulatory Analyst for an amazing client in the New England area!

Project Duration:3 months initial

Project Location:Remote (EST)

Job Title:Medent Ambulatory Analyst

Description:Full-time (consulting position)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support Services for Medent and other applications used by providers and clinics

  • Perform onsite training for providers and staff as needed, and answer “how to” questions regarding use of the applications

  • Troubleshoot user errors and provide timely and high quality customer service

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes to reduce future errors

  • Document issues and solutions

  • Participate in the day to day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions of daily operations.

  • Validate and support systems testing efforts

  • Work with client users and functional teams as needed

  • Some on call support may be requested

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience working with Ambulatory sites to support Medent

  • Extensive knowledge of Ambulatory workflows

  • Ability to work with physicians and speak in clinical terms
