Job Title: Intelerad Analyst
Description:Full-time (consulting position)
Job Summary:CTG is seeking an Intelerad Medical Imaging support analyst for a remote opportunity. The candidate will provide technical assistance at an awesome health system in the Vermont area.
Responsibilities will include:
Contact and work with various IT teams (Networking, Integration, Infrastructure and 3rd party vendor), escalating when appropriate
Review, track, and trend end-user reported issues, including but not limited to workflow problems, system capabilities, monitoring feedback, and potential system enhancement needs. Serve as an escalation for troubleshooting application issues and system errors within the hospital system and with the vendor when needed
Provide weekly status reports and documentation of all work deliverables
Thoroughly document all processes during the Knowledge Transfer phase
Required Skills:
In-depth experience with Intelerad Medical Imaging
Background in PACS
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing with all key stakeholders
Demonstrate knowledge of health care delivery systems, business processes, and organizational workflows.
Ideal candidate must be capable, creative, and confident working with client customizations
